Using Nova Nutrition Konjac supplement since Consumer Labs rated it well. I have gluten & dairy intolerances and often supplements contain these. Not Nova Nutrition version. Thank goodness!

This product is great. Your results will vary of course. Been looking for almost 20 years for something for my asthma. Used to take 18 a day 6 three times a day (do NOT do that without a doctor you trust, now I am down to 6 and STILL no emergency room visits. Again YOUR results may vary but this did it for my asthma.

As I said I use this for my asthma and a large amount (DO NOT USE MY AMOUNT WITHOUT TALKIKING TO A DOCTOR FIRST YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY) I have been dosed at 18 capsules for my asthma and have not needed a hospital stay or an emergency room visit. I still 'get sick' with sinus and ear infections which USUALLY send me to the emergency room, but with these no need for the emergency room for me. Been looking for this for almost 20 years

Trust me I'm no doctor, find a good alterative one, but for about 18 years I have been looking for something for asthma to keep me out of the hospital as apparently it is illegal to go to a hospital for any breathing issue other than covid. While it des very little for an appetite suppressant it replaced my steroids, again I am no doctor, my friend is and dosed me for 18 capsules a day. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THAT MUCH WITHOUT MEDICAL SUPERVISION AND EXPECT RESULTS LIKE MINE. The only thing I am worried about is it has been said to stay on higher doses, (in this case 13 grams) for only 4 months so I don't know what will happen by February. (Can't find any info on it other than possible asthma remedy in China) Until then I will order two bottles when I go down to 1 bottle and hopefully continue to stay out of the hospital for asthma because of God's grace and this stuff, as I said your results may vary
